Which fabrics can I use it on?
It is designed for loose pet hair and lint on suitable clothing, upholstery, bedding and car-seat fabric. Performance varies with fabric and hair type. Hold the fabric taut and test a hidden area first. Avoid delicate, loose-weave or damaged fabrics.
Does it need batteries or refills?
No. The brush is manual and uses no sticky sheets. Empty the collection chamber regularly and reuse it.
How does the self-cleaning part work?
After brushing, rotate the handle back and forth to move the collected hair into the chamber. Open the top and tip the hair into the bin. You still need to empty the chamber yourself.
When will my order arrive?
UK delivery is free and tracked. Allow an estimated 5–12 working days from your order: 1–3 working days for preparation and around 4–9 working days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; bank holidays or customs checks can cause delays.
What if it is not right for me?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return under our money-back guarantee. Reasonable testing is welcome. Can I use it directly on my pet?
No. This is a fabric cleaning tool, not a grooming brush. Use it on suitable fabric surfaces only and keep it away from children and pets.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email includes the tracking link once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan. If you cannot find your email, contact us with your order number.
