Our voluntary money-back guarantee gives you 30 days from delivery to tell us that the brush is not right for you. Reasonable testing is allowed. Email abdkrm.crew@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. There is no need to provide a reason for changing your mind.

After telling us, send the items back within 14 days using the return instructions we provide. Please include all brushes from a pack when returning the full pack. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.

Return postage

You pay return postage for a change of mind. Returns may need to be sent to France, so international postage can cost more than a UK domestic return. We provide the return destination and instructions before you post; do not send the parcel to the overseas dispatch address. Keep proof of posting.

For an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we cover reasonable return costs or arrange another appropriate remedy. Contact us before incurring costs where possible.

Refunds

We refund the eligible amount to the original payment method, without a restocking fee. For a statutory cancellation, the refund includes any standard outbound delivery charge paid and is made within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Premium delivery supplements need not be refunded. Card issuers may take additional time to display a refund.

Your legal right to cancel

For an ordinary online purchase, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. This right is separate from our 30-day guarantee.

We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Our voluntary guarantee allows reasonable testing, but does not cover accidental damage or misuse. Neither provision removes your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty goods and other rights

Your rights under applicable consumer law continue independently of the guarantee, including remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for their normal purpose. The 30-day guarantee does not replace, shorten or exclude those rights.
