Delivery information

Free tracked UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery is included for eligible United Kingdom addresses. Available destinations and any restrictions are shown at checkout before payment. We currently focus on UK orders.

Estimated timing

Please allow approximately 5–12 working days from ordering: 1–3 working days to prepare the parcel and around 4–9 working days in transit. Working days exclude weekends and relevant bank holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch takes place through our international supply partner, CJdropshipping. A parcel may be shipped from outside the UK. A pack may travel in more than one parcel; where this happens, tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking

We email your tracking link after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan. Check your spam folder if the email is missing, or contact us with your order number.

Address changes, delays and missing parcels

Contact abdkrm.crew@gmail.com as soon as possible if your address needs correcting. Once a parcel has been dispatched, a change may not be possible. If tracking stalls or an order has not arrived within its expected period, contact us so we can investigate. Your order remains our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, your statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply. We will not require you to resolve a supplier or carrier dispute yourself.

Taxes and import charges

The total price and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We do not add unannounced delivery charges after checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected tax or import payment, contact us before paying so we can review the request.
