Terms of service

1. Who you are buying from

FurZap is the trading name used for this store. The seller is ABDOU Karim, entrepreneur individuel, 8 Place Roger Salengro, 31000 Toulouse, France. SIREN: 980 215 347. SIRET: 980 215 347 00017. RCS Toulouse 980 215 347. Contact: abdkrm.crew@gmail.com.

2. Our product

We sell a manual, self-cleaning brush for removing loose pet hair and lint from suitable fabrics. It is not a grooming tool. Follow the instructions and test a hidden area before use. Product dimensions are approximate. Colours can differ slightly between screens. Results depend on the fabric and type of hair.

The selected pack contains 1, 2 or 3 full-size brushes in the chosen colour. A quantity of 1 at checkout means one selected pack. Product photographs and supplier demonstrations illustrate the product; they are not customer testimonials.

3. Ordering and payment

You must be able to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate delivery details. Check the pack, colour, quantity, address and total before paying. There is no subscription or mandatory customer account. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

We acknowledge receipt of your order by email. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we contact you and refund any payment for it. We may correct a clear pricing error by contacting you before dispatch, allowing you to accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund.

4. Prices and pack savings

UK prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The checkout displays the total and applicable taxes before payment. Pack savings compare the pack price with the current single-brush price multiplied by the number of brushes; they do not represent a previous selling price for the pack.

5. Delivery

Read our delivery information for destinations, tracking and estimated times. We remain responsible for delivery until the goods reach you or your nominated recipient.

6. Cancellations, returns and faults

Our Returns & refunds policy explains the statutory cancellation right and our additional 30-day money-back guarantee. Those terms form part of your purchase. No wording here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Fair use and liability

Use the brush only for its described household purpose. We remain responsible where applicable law requires, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct and death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not exclude statutory product guarantees or remedies.

8. Questions and disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. French law applies to the seller's operations without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to seek a remedy in the courts available to a UK consumer. Nothing here requires a consumer to waive such rights.

9. Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how order and contact information is used. Updated store terms apply to future orders; the version supplied with your order applies to that purchase.
